Women’s Circles

Women are frequently the backbone of family and community – the nurturers, caregivers, and at times the providers. When women are not at their best economically, physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually, their children and the community are impacted as a result. Women’s circles:

  • Provide a safe, supportive community for exploring options, viewpoints, authentic voice, passions, dreams, choices and consequences, calling/purpose, balance, spirituality, challenges, relationships, parenting, and more)
  • Support women in reconnecting with their inner knowledge and wisdom
  • Guide women in valuing and seeing each other just where they are while holding each vision of individual greatness
  • Co-create an environment that nurtures what is sprouting and budding within each woman in the group
  • Encourage women to gently challenge each others’ limiting beliefs
  • Foster development of increased confidence and self-esteem
  • Create the environment in which women grow in their ability to hold onto their sense of self while in relationships with others
  • Provide support for women to move through fear
  • Support women who are at crossroads in their lives

Collaborate Change Women’s Circles are facilitated by Coach Sharon Y. Brown and are held one evening per week on location or by phone (teleconference). Sessions are 1.5 hours each week and a series runs for 6 weeks. The women are invited to remain in community for multiple series. Group size is limited to 12 women. Confidentiality is stressed. If you are interested in starting or participating in a women’s circle, contact Sharon.
